We’re looking for a developer with the advanced skills needed to build, deploy and maintain network applications that exchange data between servers and users, develop back and front end components and connect applications with other web services. This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. On our team, you’ll help customers overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches like microservices, pub/sub, and domain driven design.
Responsibilities Include
Using Agile life cycle development, JavaScript, Web Stacks, Libraries and Frameworks that use front end technologies you’ll build high performing applications that are customer facing UI and back end services. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Work with us as we build systems to improve healthcare systems that support our nations Veterans. Background & Experience
4+ years of experience as a software developer in professional environments Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications Knowledge of .NET framework, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js and HTML Ability to learn additional programming languages Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements HS Diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience writing SQL and working with databases Experience with languages, including JavaScript, HTML, C#, Visual Basic.NET and CSS3 Knowledge of Agile frameworks Knowledge of regression testing Knowledge of APIs, including REST or RPC architectural styles Ability to understand front-end users requirements Bachelor’s Degree
